Fab distributors established a decade ago to promote vertical integrated manufacturing concept from yarn to garment delivery. The garments division has set up new manufacturing facility spread across 43000 sq.ft across three floors with synchronized flow of production process from the cutting to the dispatch, with the state of art fixtures and 375 machines covering all the sewing operations to produce multi product woven garments range shirts both formal and casual in the Men’s categories with a daily output of 4000pcs.
We have adopted factories with additional capacities which cover about another 6000pcs per day across all the products of tops and bottoms mainly in the men’s categories. The other operational facilities include an in-house washing facility for non denims washes, capable to perform from the basic softener washes to enzyme washes.We also have tied up out sourced facilities on washing for specialized washes on non-denims, garment dyeing and as well as denim washes compliant to international standards.We are also tied up with outsourced facilities of embroidery and appliqué work.The parent company also provides a vast source for non-denim woven fabrics in all categories and also an in-house printing facility within the mill.
